Sina Luna
Founder
Sina is unlisted's multi-hyphenate.
An account manager on paper, but she can teach herself almost anything, starting her own line of crochet accessories just months after picking up the craft, proof that Black talent rarely fits in one box.
As co-lead of a Black ERG and a 2024 ADCOLOR Future, she has spent her career in the advertising industry advocating for change from the inside out and experiencing firsthand the power of being in a space built for Black people.
unlisted is her way of making sure more of us get to feel that too. Oh and she is also a business and personal coach in certification, makes her own clothes, and has her own podcast — what can this girl not do?
Sarah Martine
Sarah is unlisted's dot connector.
A proud Ghana girl who has lived across the UK and the Netherlands, she has always known that community changes everything and is able to build it wherever she is.
She has since spent her career influencing storytelling and consulting on projects, making sure Black stories are represented authentically and in their full complexity (we are not a monolith!).
Through co-leading a Black ERG, she has connected talent locally and globally and held skill workshops, giving people the tools they need to navigate spaces. unlisted is the natural evolution of this - her way of putting others on, just as others once did for her.

WHY UNLISTEDWe have been navigating industries with closed networks, heavy doors, and rooms where we were the only one — and we know the exhaustion that comes with it. It is draining to carry the weight of being the sole representative, while businesses casually pretend they "just can't find Black talent." It creates a deep longing for true community. For a room where we don’t have to code-switch, explain ourselves, or justify our presence. For just finding our people.
So we shifted our energy away from trying to break down their doors and focused entirely on building our own.
unlisted exists because when Black creatives, professionals, and business owners lock in together, we don't need the mainstream list. We back each other unapologetically — trading resources, swapping skills, passing down the cheat codes and building on our own terms. We aren't just trying to survive the industry; we are creating our own, protecting our culture, and building our own sovereignty.
